This is simply a support request system.  Submission of a ticket does not guarantee support can or will be provided.  Service/support availability is subject to the terms of your support agreement with MS Digital Solutions. If no support agreement exists, support may be provided at our current hourly, non-contract, support rate and is subject to acceptance of a support quote or written / email acceptance of a service quote.  Emergency support requests may be delayed with out this accepetance / Authorization.
